This Privacy Policy explains what personal information M3 Fit Club collects when you use our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, please contact us at Miles@m3fitclub.com.

Who we are

M3 Fit Club offers workouts, coaching, nutrition content, podcasts, and online courses and memberships through our website at https://www.m3fitclub.com/. The website is operated by Mind Muscle Memory Inc., 6877 S Teresa Dr., Chandler, AZ 85249 (“M3 Fit Club”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

You can contact us about privacy at any time at Miles@m3fitclub.com.

What information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account and registration details. When you sign up for a membership or course or create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, username and password (stored in encrypted form).
  • Purchase and checkout details. When you buy a product, membership or program, we collect details needed to complete the order, such as your name, email, billing address, phone number (if requested), tax ID (if you provide one) and what you bought. Card and payment account details are entered into, and processed by, our payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our website.
  • Information you choose to share. This includes messages you send us, comments, survey or form answers, and any fitness, health, or nutrition information you choose to share with us or a coach, such as goals, measurements, or activity levels. Please only share health information you are comfortable with us using to support you.

Information collected automatically

  • Log and device information. Like most websites, our servers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. Security tools also record login attempts and IP addresses to protect accounts from unauthorized access.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, run checkout, and protect the site. See “Cookies” below.
  • Analytics. We may collect information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular, to improve our content. See “Advertising and analytics” below.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account and give you access to the memberships, courses and content you signed up for or bought;
  • process payments, send order confirmations and receipts, and handle refunds;
  • reply to your questions and provide coaching or customer support;
  • send you service messages, such as account, password, or purchase emails, and, where you have agreed or where the law allows, updates and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • keep the website and your account secure, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems;
  • understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

If you are in the UK, European Economic Area or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (for example, giving you access to what you bought), our legitimate interests (for example, keeping the site secure and improving it), your consent (for example, for optional marketing, for analytics and advertising cookies, for personalized ads, and for any health information you choose to share), and complying with the law. We only set analytics and advertising cookies, and only show personalized ads, if you agree through our consent message. You can change your choice at any time (see “Cookies”).

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we show ads from Google and its partners, and we use Google Analytics. These tools collect information such as cookie IDs, your IP address and the pages you visit, and may use it to show you personalized ads on this and other sites. Under some US state privacy laws (for example, in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas), this can count as a “sale”, as “sharing”, or as “targeted advertising”, even when no money changes hands. You can opt out at any time. See “Your US state privacy choices (Do Not Sell or Share)” below.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies needed for the site to work, such as login cookies, checkout and cart cookies, and security cookies. WordPress login cookies normally last for two days, or two weeks if you choose “Remember Me”.
  • Preference cookies that remember choices you make, for example, so a pop-up you closed does not keep reappearing.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies, Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the site, and advertising cookies (Google AdSense and its partners) that help show and measure ads, and may personalize them. Where the law requires it, we only use these after you consent. See “Advertising and analytics” and “Your cookie choices” below..

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as logging in or checking out, may not work.

Your cookie choices

We group the cookies on our site into three types:

TypeWhat it doesExamplesCan you turn it off?
NecessaryKeeps the site working and secure: login, cart and checkout, security, and remembering your cookie choices. Our caching tool (SpeedyCache) helps pages load faster and does not track you.WordPress login cookies, store/cart cookies, Advanced Ads cookies used to control how ads are shown, Google consent cookies (for example, FCCDCF, FCNEC)No. They are needed for the site to work, but you can block them in your browser, and some features may then stop working.
AnalyticsHelps us understand how the site is used.Google Analytics (_ga, ga[ID]), usually kept for up to 2 yearsYes. Through our consent message (UK/EEA/Switzerland), your browser settings, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
AdvertisingShows ads, limits how often you see the same ad, measures ads, and (if you allow it) personalizes ads.Google AdSense (for example, __gads, __gpi, __eoi, IDE) and other Google ad partners, usually kept from a few months up to 13 monthsYes. Through our consent message, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, Google’s Ads Settings, or your browser settings.

Our consent message. When you first visit from the UK, EEA or Switzerland, you will see a message asking whether you agree to analytics and advertising cookies and personalized ads. You can accept, decline, or choose options. To change your choice later, click the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.

Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies. Blocking cookies may not stop all ads. It usually means the ads you see are less relevant.

Cookie names and lifetimes are set by Google and may change. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies for Google’s current details.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on our site may include embedded content from other websites, such as workout videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, podcast players, or fonts loaded from Google Fonts. Embedded content behaves the same way as if you had visited the other website directly. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track how you interact with the embedded content, especially if you have an account with them and are logged in. Their own privacy policies apply.

YouTube videos

Some of our workout and other videos are embedded from YouTube, which Google owns. When you play, or sometimes just load, a YouTube video on our site, YouTube may set cookies, collect information about your device and viewing, and connect it to your Google account if you are signed in. Where possible, we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits cookies until you play the video. Google’s privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage YouTube and Google ad settings at https://myadcenter.google.com.

Our site links to our pages on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X. These are plain links. The social networks do not get your information from our site unless you click a link or button. Once you are on their site, their privacy policies apply:

Instagram (https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy), TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/privacy-policy/en), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy), YouTube/Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and X (https://x.com/en/privacy).

Who we share your information with

We share personal information with service providers that help us run M3 Fit Club, with advertising and analytics partners as described in “Advertising and analytics”, and where the law requires it. These include:

  • Payment processors (for example, Stripe and/or PayPal) that process your payments securely. They handle your card or payment account details under their own privacy policies.
  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve our website and its data.
  • Backup providers that store secure copies of the website, which may include account and order data, so we can recover it if something goes wrong.
  • Email and communication providers Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google (Google AdSense, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and the ad partners Google works with. They collect information through cookies and similar technologies on our site, as explained in “Advertising and analytics”.
  • Other tools we use to operate the site, such as security, performance, and AI-assisted features. Information you enter into an AI-powered feature on our site may be sent to that feature’s AI service provider to generate a response.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, such as accountants, lawyers, or law enforcement, when needed to meet legal obligations or protect our rights.

Our service providers may be located in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Advertising and analytics

We show ads on our website to help keep our free content free. These ads are served by Google AdSense, and we use the Advanced Ads plugin to manage where ads appear.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

Google may also work with other certified ad networks and vendors to fill ad space on our site. These vendors may also use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. If you are in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, you can see the list of vendors and make choices through our consent message.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (My Ad Center) at https://myadcenter.google.com (or https://adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info (YourAdChoices) and, in Europe, https://www.youronlinechoices.eu.

If you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will be based on things like the page you are viewing or your general location rather than your interests.

Analytics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics 4, set up through Google Tag Manager (using the GTM4WP plugin), to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are popular, how long visits last, and what device or browser is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address (which Google uses to estimate your general location), device and browser details, and the pages you visit. We do not use Google Analytics to collect your name, email address or health information.

To learn how Google uses this information, see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data in your browser by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Consent. If you visit from the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent message to ask for your consent before we set analytics or advertising cookies or show personalized ads. If you visit from a US state with its own privacy law, we show a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link so you can opt out. Google’s own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) also applies to the information Google collects.

We do not use the information you share with us as a member, such as fitness, health or nutrition details, to target ads.

Your US state privacy choices (Do Not Sell or Share)

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when you visit our site, Google and its advertising partners collect information through cookies and similar technologies, such as cookie IDs, IP address, device information and the pages you view, so they can show you ads based on your activity across different websites. Under some US state privacy laws, this can count as a “sale” of personal information, “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising”.

In the past 12 months, the kinds of information involved are: identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP address) and internet activity (such as pages viewed and interactions with ads). They go to advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and the ad partners Google works with. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to opt out:

Click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” at the bottom of any page and confirm “Opt out”. This tells Google not to use your information for personalized ads on our site. Your choice is saved in your browser, so if you clear your cookies or use another browser or device, you will need to opt out again.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org), we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser.

Email us at Miles@m3fitclub.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. You do not need an account to opt out.

After you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity on other sites. You can also use Google’s Ads Settings at https://myadcenter.google.com.

You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask for proof that the agent has your permission. We will not discriminate against you for using any of these rights.

How long we keep your information

  • Account information is kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information unless we need to keep it for the reasons below.
  • Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (often up to one year).
  • Messages and information you share with us are kept for as long as needed to help you, and then deleted or anonymized.
  • Server and security logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics and advertising data. Google Analytics data linked to cookies is kept for [2 / 14] months under our Google Analytics settings, then deleted automatically. Cookie lifetimes are described in “Cookies”. Google keeps advertising data under its own retention rules (see https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention).`
  • (Owner: choose 2 or 14 months to match GA4 → Admin → Data collection and modification → Data retention.)
  • Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, so deleted information may remain in backups for a short time before it is removed.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • export your information in a portable format;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information;
  • object to or restrict certain uses, including direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

UK and EU residents (GDPR): you have all of the rights listed above. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): California and other US state residents: depending on your state (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others with similar laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct and delete it; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Our use of advertising and analytics cookies may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under these laws. See “Your US state privacy choices (Do Not Sell or Share)” to opt out. Where your state allows it, you can appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response and asking for an appeal.

To make a request, email us at Miles@m3fitclub.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond. We aim to reply within 2 business days to confirm we received your request, and we will fully respond within the time required by law (for example, within one month under UK/EU law or 45 days under California law). You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, protection against password-guessing (brute-force) login attacks, limited access to personal information, and regular backups. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

Children’s privacy

M3 Fit Club is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us at Miles@m3fitclub.com and we will delete it. We do not knowingly use personalized advertising for children under 13, or treat their information in ways the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) does not allow.

Health disclaimer

The workouts, nutrition information, podcasts, coaching, and other content on M3 Fit Club are for general information and education only. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example, when we add new features or tools. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the site.
